Fairly clean, HIGH QUALITY hotel, good value. Attentive and affable staff and quick to respond. Unbeatable and peaceful location in Paris, not far from the subway, and the metro station, bus stop and several grocery stores. Plus, close to a Roman Catholic church.

The room was a nice size and well-equipped and complete with dishwasher and kettle, as example. Comfortable design. Excellant and perfectly comfortable location close to Eglise Saint Eloi.

the room was modern and airy with a fridge, nespresso machine and kettle, just what was needed. i had a microwave and hotplates. the venue was in a residential location close to a monoprix supermarket and dugommier metro station, and a metro station nearby. 12th arr. district was worth exploring.
